WHY YOU NEED TO INVEST IN YOUR WELLNESS
I experiencd first hand the impact of not investing in a wellness routine. I was always huslting since I founded my company in 2018 I was in bigboss move mindset and for 5 years it work out for me. Well thats what I thought until I complety breakdown, physically, emotionally, and financially.
In a world that often moves at a breakneck pace, taking care of your well-being has become more important than ever. The concept of wellness encompasses a holistic approach to health that goes beyond physical fitness and delves into mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. For beginners looking to embark on a journey to a healthier and happier life, embracing wellness can be both rewarding and transformative.
Understanding Wellness: Beyond the Physical
Wellness is not just about hitting the gym or eating salads. Chocker right!? I know, I always thought I was healthy and well, I jog amost every day, I eat all my greens and veggies and drink some green tea! that should be enough. I was doing all that and also over work myself, never truly take a real vacantion, I stopped ready book for the sake of reading everything was about learning, productivity, sales and marketing. Even watching tv needed to be someting productive like when I binge on real estate tv show during the time I was passing my real estate license. I was simply always on ON-MODE, never disconnect , never take a mental break... until my body and mind decidd otherwise without warning.. ( or any warning that I wanted to listen tooo)
True Wellness is more than a kale salads and a spa day.
It involves nurturing multiple dimensions of your life to achieve a harmonious balance. These dimensions typically include:
Physical Wellness:
Taking care of your body through exercise, balanced nutrition, adequate sleep, and regular medical check-ups.
Emotional Wellness:
Recognizing and managing your emotions in a healthy way, building resilience, and fostering positive relationships.
Mental Wellness:
Nurturing a healthy mindset, practicing mindfulness, and engaging in activities that challenge and stimulate your brain.
Social Wellness:
Cultivating meaningful connections, building a supportive social network, and participating in communities that align with your interests.
Spiritual Wellness:
Exploring your beliefs, values, and purpose in life, whether through religion, nature, or personal introspection.
Environmental Wellness:
Being conscious of your impact on the environment and striving to live in a way that promotes sustainability.
